The puppy is sold as a pet/companion.
Before puppies are sold and leave for their new homes, they recieve ONE set of booster shots (5-IN-1 VACCINE), receive a Bordatella (Kennel Cough) Vaccine, have a fecal check and are dewormed. Puppy food and puppy items to start you off!
The buyer is signing a contract relinquishing his or her right to return the dog for congenital or hereditary disorders. The buyer has 48 normal business hours, excluding weekends and holidays, in which to have the animal examined by a licensed veterinarian of the buyer's choice. If the veterinarian certifies that, at the time of sale, the dog was unfit for purchase due to a congenital or hereditary disorder, Lori-Lynn's chihuahua's must afford the consumer the right to choose one of the following options:
(a) The right to return the animal and receive a refund of the purchase price, including sales tax, but excluding the veterinary costs related to the certification that the dog is unfit;
(b) The right to return the animal and receive an exchange dog of the buyer's choice of equal value, but not a refund of the veterinary costs related to the certification that the dog is unfit.
The refund or exchange shall be made by the seller not later than 10 business days following receipt of a signed veterinary certification. The buyer must notify the seller within 2 business days after the veterinarian's determination that the animal is unfit. The written certification of unfitness must be presented to the seller not later than 3 business days following receipt thereof by the buyer.
An animal may not be determined unfit for sale on account of an injury sustained or illness contracted after the consumer takes possesion of the animal. A veterinary finding of intestinal or external parasites is not grounds for declaring a dog unfit for sale unless the animal is clinically ill because of that condition.
If a pet dealer wishes to contest a demand for veterinary expenses, refund, or exchange made by a consumer under this section, the dealer may require the consumer to produce the animal for examination by a licensed veterinarian designated by the dealer. Upon such examination, if the consumer and the dealer are unable to reach an agreement that constitutes one of the options set forth in subsection (5) or subsection (6) within 10 business days following receipt of the animal for such examination, the consumer may initiate an action in a court of competent jurisdiction to recover or obtain reimbursement of veterinary expenses, refund, or exchange.
By purchasing a puppy from Lori-Lynn Kennels, the buyer indicates that he/she has read, agrees and understands this contract.

Puppy Prices:
The cost of each puppy is based on the sex, size, color, and other factors. All puppies are sold as pet quality, we offer a $50 discount for puppies sold with limited registrations (If your dog is bred, the litter cannot be registered and your dog cannot be shown in dog shows). We cannot guarantee that your puppy/dog will be show or breeding quality!
Deposits:
We do require a $150. NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to hold your puppy. I feel that by the time you place a deposit, you are 100% sure about purchasing a puppy from us. Therefore, I will NOT refund any deposits or payments simply because you changed your mind !! The deposit is given in good faith that you are sincere about purchasing the puppy. When I recieve your deposit for the puppy of your choice, I consider that puppy sold and no other inquires can be made on a puppy with a deposit.
Health Guarantee:
48 HOUR Health Guarantee - Within 2 days of purchase, you must take your puppy to your veterinarian to confirm his/her healthy condition. If the Veterinarian should find anything wrong with the puppy, such as a congenital or hereditary LIFE THREATENING defect, you must obtain a written statement, signed by a licensed veterinarian and notify us of the defect immediately (within 24 hours).
The breeder has the option to (1) refund ONLY the amount paid for the puppy, excluding ANY AND ALL vet bills OR; (2) exchange your puppy for a different puppy availble (your choice) of equal value, excluding ANY AND ALL vet bills!
Health Certificate, Vaccines, Dewormings, Fleas, ETC:
We strive to produce healthy, quality pet puppies. Our puppies receive their first set of shots at 6 weeks old, been de-wormed atleast 4 times. We give a 48 HOUR Health Guarantee to all puppy buyers!
We do NOT sell puppies until they are approx 8 weeks of age. Puppies are wormed at 2 weeks old and every 2 weeks until they go to their new homes.
They are given a bath and get all cleaned up before going to their new home.
We are NOT respponsible for vet fees incurred after the puppy has gone home with you !! The puppy was considered healthy at the time of sale by our licensed veterinarian.
Please try to keep your puppy inside until he/she has recieved atleast 3 puppy shots. Your puppy will not be completely immune to diseases until he/she has recieved atleast 3 shots.
Feeding:
We feed our dogs about twice a day but your puppy will need about about 3-4 feedings a day until he/she is 4-6 months old, if you work please leave food and water down at all times.
Shipping:
We ship with Delta Airlines. Shipping is an additional fee depending on the cost of flight as well as my gas and time. (This includes a days wage as I have to take a day off work to get puppy to the airport in a timely manor which is required to be there 2 hours prior to flight) When your puppy is shipped, he/she is shipped in a new crate to your nearest international airport (usually you can pick up in the baggage office). Please have your ID and flight information with you when picking up your puppy, and please be on time.
